A Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) team has arrived in Pakistan after 48 years on a seven-day tour, according to reports.
The team will reportedly hold a practice session at Qaddafi Stadium Lahore.
It must be noted that after an elven-year break, Kumar Sangakkara visits Pakistan. He was part of the Sri Lankan cricket team that was a survivor of the 2009 Lahore terrorist attack.
MCC’s team will play three T20 matches and a single day match.
On February 16 at Aitcheson College Lahore, a one-day match between the Pakistan Shaheens and MCC team is scheduled.
The T20 matches are to be played at the same venue on February 17 and 19.
